Declarar el DIVORCIO ULTERIOR y en consecuencia LEGALMENTE DISUELTO EL VÍNCULO MATRIMONIAL, contraído por el señor MARCO ANTONIO AGUILAR VÁSQUEZ y la señora LORGIANBRESTILDE ZAVALETA AGUILAR, quienes contrajeron matrimonio civil ante los Registros Civiles de la Municipalidad Provincial de Santiago de Chuco.
